We use the following criteria to determine if an investment proposal is suitable for Apollo Informal Investments Ltd:

 

• Company Valuation is limited to a maximum of £ 1 mln.

• SEIS eligible.

• Investments between £20,000 and £200,000. Our sweet spot is £80,000-100,000. 

• Sectors: no restriction.

• Scotland based

Presenting companies will be selected the month before the quarterly meeting. If you would like us to consider your investment proposal, please upload it via the "apply for funding" button.

Selected companies will be contacted by an appropriate member(s) of Apollo Informal Investment. An invitation to make a presentation to the full syndicate membership may follow. Any offer will be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of due diligence.

Apollo will either use Seedlegals or Vialex with the Investment Agreement and Articles of Association presented on a non-negotiable basis. 

 

In the event of any offer, a mentor will be appointed from the membership of Apollo Informal Investment to work with the company. This may become formalized after a few months into a Non-Executive Directorship.
