We normally obtain this information directly from you. We may also receive information from other Apollo members, founders, professional advisers, co-investors, service providers and publicly available sources.

• assess and administer Apollo membership;

• confirm investor eligibility and undertake appropriate identity and compliance checks;

• identify and communicate investment opportunities;

• facilitate investments and maintain investment records;

• assess companies seeking investment and carry out due diligence;

• communicate with founders, members, investee companies and professional advisers;

• administer Apollo meetings and events;

• operate and improve Apollo's website and services; and

• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

We process personal information where this is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue Apollo's legitimate interests in operating an angel investment network and facilitating investments. Where required by law, we will obtain consent.
